HTV is the official television channel of Ho Chi Minh City. HTV broadcasts in three channels: entertainment & advertisement service and game show on HTV7, information, propaganda-trend, official and analog-digital on HTV9, and HTV4. HTV also has several specific cable and digital television channels. HTV is an administrative unit (not a company) under the administration of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee. HTV is the largest local television broadcaster in Vietnam and second to VTC.
