Junior Java Backend Engineer

Viaccess Orca - a global, dynamic high-tech company and a subsidiary of the Orange Group, is looking for an Junior Java Backend Engineer to join the Analytics team.

Responsibilities

· Actively participate in the product development process

· Engage with team members to build next-generation analytics product

· Work directly with product owner and technical lead to ensure the continuous development of the product

· Design and implement analytics logic and optimize data services

Requirements

· Bsc. in computer science, GPA 85

· Knowledge in Java

· Knowledge in SQL – an advantage

· Familiarity with the different phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support

· Team player with excellent interpersonal skills

· Quick learner and get-it-done attitude

What will your job look like?

· Design and develop micro services using Java, Spring boot.

· Create new and enhance existing Big Data pipelines using cutting-edge technologies like Spark, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc.

· Improve the product continuous integration for fast forwarding

· Share your knowledge within the team and learn from others
