Job Overview
- Experiences with high level planning of multiple and complex products and solutions
- Tracking and reporting the status to different levels of management
- Collaborating with R&D teams (internal and near-shore)
- Handling risks management and assisting with finding best solution based on resource-scope-time while looking at the bigger picture
The hat of Agile process
- Working closely with external consultant, being the contact person and coordinator for workshops preparation and internal communication
- Overseeing the implementation of the methodology principles at teams level and at management level
- Raising flags and ongoing search of problematic areas in order to secure the implementation process
- Working with management to set implementation goals, tracking the progress while sharing status and topics to be handled
The Hat of RTE
- Assuring SAFe’s processes as PI Planning and Program execution
- Assisting in the communication between teams and departments
- Working with the delivery teams on planning, helping to resolve impediments, managing risks and assuring delivery on time and quality
- Working closely with engineers, mid management and upper management to ensure alignment with company strategy, commitments and goals
- Communicating Program Information and status to stakeholders
- Facilitating the communication and resolution of Program-level dependencies
- Coaching team leads and team members with Agile practices and process improvement
