The Role
Viaccess Orca - a global, dynamic high-tech company and a subsidiary of the Orange Group, is looking for a part-time Senior UX strategist to join our product team to work on an exciting product in the tv and OTT industry.
As a UX Strategist you will
- Drive the UX strategy for VO's design system working within an Agile methodology based on interaction and understanding of VO's customers and stakeholders needs
- Research and evolve UX, interaction, and visual patterns, identify trends in enterprise application design and incorporate them into the proposed strategy
- Manage and create technical design assets for internal and external use, Create interaction flows, experience maps, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups and more to convey ideas and gather qualitative feedback .
- Use design thinking to achieve project goals and KPIs.
- Oversee design system compliance in all of our design work
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of design practice, process and tooling Conduct concept and usability testing.
- Present product design concepts to customers, partners and internal stakeholders Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to assist in the design, development and marketing of a rich product line.
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience designing user experiences and interactive design, preferably within product teams
- Experience in designing user experience for complex B2B products including analytics dashboards.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, technologies and best practices. · Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction and user experience.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively based on Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills · Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Solid understanding of basic software design principles, best practices and dependencies
- Education – Bachelors degree in one of the following fields: HCI, Cognitive psychology, HMI, Information Science or Industrial design or similar areas (Master's degree a plus)
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, Sketch or other visual design and prototyping and wire-framing tools as Axure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Angular; JavaScript - an advantage.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - an advantage
