As Client Project Manager, your main missions will be:
- Manage the relationship with our operator customers in Europe
- Coordinate the drafting of documentation and project planning with the client
- Gather and clarify new customer requirements
- Organize coordination meetings: project launch, weekly follow-ups, management committees
- Coordinate internal VO teams (France and Israel), as well as project partners to ensure the quality of planning and deliverables
- Progress reports, escalation control, risk management
Skills
- PMO methodology (SoW, planning, risk management, reporting)
- Excellent communication, leadership and customer relationship skills
- Great rigor, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Good knowledge of the digital television ecosystem: IPTV & OTT technologies (streaming, formats, DRM ...), set-top boxes, iOS / Android / Web applications
- Fluency in French and English, ability to work in an international team
