What is a Custumer Project Manager? Within Global Solutions Delivery, the Customer Project manager mission is to manage and deliver projects for our international customers. • For each project/EPIC, guarantee functional perimeter, quality of the customer experience, respect and followup of the costs, and control of the planning. • Ensure end-to-end management, from customer approval to acceptance and project/EPIC assessment, with the objective of maximizing customer/business value. • Form/Build and lead the project team. Coordinate all internal and external contributors, whatever area of responsibility (technical, financial, validation, deployment, etc.). • Rely on appropriate project management methodologies, adapted to each project; particularly Agile. • Your involvement in VO field of activity will allow you to understand both the business and technical environment of this field. You will build a cross-functional network of interlocutors in connection with projects in this area
Skills • Proven experience in project management / EPIC Agile in complex and multidisciplinary environments. • Excellent communication skills allow you to be autonomous, assertive, and effective in exchanges, including in crisis. • Customer oriented • You know how to quickly grasp new and complex technical environments. • Fluent in English & Arabic. • Nice to have : good knowledge of the digital TV ecosystem: IPTV & OTT technologies (streaming, formats, DRM, etc.), STB, iOS/Android/Web applications ; Agile SAFe ; PMI ou Prince2 certification ; Cloud knowledge / CI/CD chain ; Experiences as project manager with integration project ; French
