As the Enterprise Architect , Cloud Native, your main functions & responsibilities will be:
- Provide architecture design guidance and technical leadership to the newly formed Enabler Agile Release Train (ART), supporting all VO’s value stream-aligned ARTs with a unified technology platform (IaaS, PaaS, CI/CD etc.)
- Lead the design and implementation of VO’s hybrid container development platform
- As a direct report to VO’s Chief Technology Officer, contribute to the Enterprise architecture work, and in particular participate to the construction of VO’s mid-term technology vision
- Contribute to the establishment and animation of the community of VO System and Solution architects (mainly France + Israel), across value stream-aligned ARTs
- Maintain coordination with Orange Group IT and architecture teams when relevant
Skills
- At least 10y of experience in SW development
- At least 5y of experience making the important architecture and design decisions on SW projects
- At least 3y of experience with leading cloud computing platforms (AWS + GCP preferred) and/or cloud native tech
- Experience with SAFe Agile framework incl. DevOps
- Experience with multicloud / hybrid K8S deployment is a plus
- Strong hands-on profile, close to the code
- Prior experience in moving from legacy monolith product to micro-service architecture is a plus
- Autonomous worker, willing to take ownership and lead
- Strong collaboration & communication/presentation skills incl. ability to present architecture aspects to both technical (e.g. auditors, customers etc.) and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in a multi-national organization with remote teams
- Curious and creative mind, passionate about technology
- Fluent English is a must (verbal + written)
