Responsibility: • Lead and mentor a scrum feature team (~ 5 software developers) • Facilitate all agile ceremonies. • Working closely with the team interfaces – architect, product owners, product managers and DevOps • 50% Hands-on development of complex features, end-to-end, including reviewing requirements, leading the execution, and deploying to production. • Participate in design decisions based on performance, scalability, and future expansion. • Understanding development full lifecycle from business requirement till release plan and delivery
Required Qualifications: • Experience with agile scrum methodology and ceremonies • At least 3 years of Java development. • At least 1 year experience as a Scrum master • Experience with software design and OOD methodologies. • Experience with Spring framework, NoSQL DB (as MongoDB and Micro services development – a big advantage • Experience with Docker and K8S and Kafka- an advantage • Good communication skills • Experience in Jira – an advantage • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
