Java Team Leader

Israel

Viaccess Orca - a global, dynamic high-tech company and a subsidiary of the Orange Group, is looking for a Java TL to join a dynamic team developing a robust middleware server.

Experience

• 3 years as Java / J2EE TL.

• Agile/Scrum Experience - 2 years minimum

• Experience in managing mixed team of developers and QA – an advantage

•Experience with software design and OOD methodologies.

•Experience with Spring, Hibernate - an advantage.

•Experience with Linux - an advantage.

•Experience with Oracle/Mongo DB - an advantage.

•Experience with Micro services architecture – an advantage

Qualifications

•Technical approach.

•Self learning skills.

•Very good English- Reading/Writing/Speaking.

•“Can do” attitude

•Ability to work in stress situations.

•Great People skills and Managerial skills.

•Willing to do 30% “Hands on”.

Education

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent .
