Operations Engineer at VO, what does it means ? 

•    Learn : At the heart of VO's product developments and customer deployments, the technical scope and business logic is vast and requires constant learning through immersion in our teams of experts.
•    Organize : Set up procedures -Develop or instantiate new services and tools - Anticipate operations - prepare our intervention capacities - Define the action plans needed for continuous improvement. 
•    Communicate : Share information within operations teams on both technologies and customer platforms. Report service quality KPIs to the Agile Train.
•    Manage : Prepare and schedule interventions - Support problem resolution from A to Z in matrix management with VO teams, customers and partners.
•    Operate:  This is the ultimate goal! Ensure the high availability of our services and meet our customers' expectations by offering them a professional, high-tech service in a dedicated, customized way.. 


•    Do you have a solid technical grounding in network and/or software engineering, enabling you to work on public cloud infrastructures, k8s, Java applications, SQL and NoSQL databases?
•    Are you familiar with CI/CD and Devops practices and tooling. Furthermore, Are you always looking to improve practices and optimize work to build the future.
•    Are you convinced of the benefits of accurate service observability and have knowledge in monitoring stacks such as ELK, Grafana, Datadaog..
•    Are you committed to making customer satisfaction a permanent objective? 
•    Do you have a sharp analytical mind and have attention to detail?
