Operations Engineer at VO, what does it means ?
• Learn : At the heart of VO's product developments and customer deployments, the technical scope and business logic is vast and requires constant learning through immersion in our teams of experts. • Organize : Set up procedures -Develop or instantiate new services and tools - Anticipate operations - prepare our intervention capacities - Define the action plans needed for continuous improvement. • Communicate : Share information within operations teams on both technologies and customer platforms. Report service quality KPIs to the Agile Train. • Manage : Prepare and schedule interventions - Support problem resolution from A to Z in matrix management with VO teams, customers and partners. • Operate: This is the ultimate goal! Competences:
• Do you have a solid technical grounding in network and/or software engineering, enabling you to work on public cloud infrastructures, k8s, Java applications, SQL and NoSQL databases? • Are you familiar with CI/CD and Devops practices and tooling.
