Responsibility:
• Lead several remote scrum feature teams.
• Facilitate all agile ceremonies with the SM.
• PO Role - work closely with the product managers and architects on breaking Features into tasks for the team (stories in Jira).
• Participate in design decisions based on performance, scalability, and future expansion.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
• Understand development full lifecycle from business requirement till release plan and delivery.
• Create and lead development and delivery processes between teams, enforcing them on the teams.
Required Qualifications:
• Experience with agile scrum methodology and ceremonies.
• At least 5 years of Java development experience.
• At least 2 years of management experience.
• Proved experience in management/being the tech lead of remote teams.
• Experience with software design and OOD methodologies.
• Experience with Spring framework, MongoDB and Micro services development – a big advantage.
• Experience with Docker, K8S and Kafka - an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
