Recruitment & Training manager
Part time position - 80%
Viaccess Orca - a global, dynamic high-tech company and a subsidiary of the Orange Group , leading technology provider for the telecommunication industry for over 20 years.
We specialize in the development of advanced OTT, content security and data-driven solutions and have various global locations across the globe, we are looking for a Recruitment & Training manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- End to end recruiting process: CV screen, phone interviews, HR interviews, reference checks : responsible for the entire cycle until the candidate will be on-board.
- Sourcing and creatively recruit and maintain a strong pipeline of talents.
- Partnering and working closely with our leadership.
- Responsible for the “company HR branding” in terms of this subject
- Conduct reports and analyze data as part of your day-to-day hiring decision, including measuring results.
- Be part of a global HR team
Training
- As a training manager you need to assess the training needs of the organization.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance
- Working with managers to ensure meeting the training objectives.
- Assess employees’ skills, performance and productivity to identify areas of improvement according the “growth program”
- Work with training providers. Familiar with their expertise, register employees and do a follow up
- Operational and administrative work with Excel and Data analysis stuff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of recruiting in global tech companies.
- Experience conducting HR interviews
- Deep knowledge of various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)
- Proven familiarity with social media and other professional networks
- Result-oriented and a self-starter who enjoys a challenge.
- Multi-tasking abilities and desire to work in a dynamic environment.
- B.Sc/M.Sc in Behavioral Studies/Social Sciences/Organizational Development/other related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
