Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of complex features end-to-end — from reviewing requirements and implementation to deployment in production — with a strong customer orientation.
- Take part in design discussions focused on performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.
- Write clean, testable, and scalable Java code that delivers real value to end users.
- Collaborate closely with your teammates to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
- Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented development (OOD).
- Experience working with the Spring Framework.
- Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience developing microservices.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience in performance optimization, tuning, or caching is an advantage.
