This position will support, Viaccess-Orca (VO), a subsidiary of Orange based in France, La Defense and Rennes, but also in Israel, Finland, Asia and Latin America.

VO (our nickname) is an Orange Group subsidiary based in France (Paris La Défense and Rennes), in Israel, Finland, Asia and Latin America. VO offers OTT and TV platform solutions, Content Protection and anti-piracy services, and advanced data analysis solutions for a personalized TV experience. MISSION

Viacces-Orca is looking for a project manager
VO has a large portfolio of TV components (Security, content protection, Service Delivery Platform, recommendation, target advertising) that could be deliver to customer into different ways (On Premises, on public or private cloud). 
VO is growing his customer base in APAC and need to deploy its solutions according to customers’ needs
Project manager have a key role to 
•    Coordinate Internal activities from several teams (architect, engineering, QA, R&D,…)
•    With 3rd parties and or suppliers
•    With the customer and be his Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
•    Ensure project schedule is on track
•    Report status update, risks and mitigation
•    Manage the relationship with our customers 
•    Coordinate the writing of project documentation and reviews with the customer
•    Organize all coordination meetings (kick-off, weeklies…) with the customer, reportings
•    Coordinate internally with VO teams or Partners to ensure planning and deliverables quality
•    Report to manager, handle escalations, analyze project issues and mitigate risks
•    Gather and clarify customer new requirements
 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Your main tasks as a PM will be:
•    Effort estimation aggregating estimation of several VO teams
•    Kick off meeting 
•    Scope of Work (SoW)
•    Project plan, Estimation of effort
•    Synchronisation calls (internal, with customers, with partners,…)
•    Manage global project planning
•    Manage risks
•    Report project situation
•    Make the project happen in due time, budget and effort you estimated!

There will be regular communication (email, visio, conference call) with headquarter located in France
A first phase of training will be delivered

It’s a role mixing project management skills but needing technical knowledge to be able to challenge every teams (customers and internal)

SKILLS


5-10 years in a similar role – Project or Program management 

-    Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, organization skills
-    Extensive project management experience - 5 years in similar large project management including internal and external teams / partners
-    System integration project management appreciated
-    PMO methodology (SoW, planning, risk management, reporting) appreciated
-    Excellent representative and communication skills, strong leadership and customer oriented
-    Very rigorous with strong analysis and synthesis capacities
-    Should read and speak English
-    Indonesian/Malaysian speaker is optional but taken into consideration
-    Account management appreciated
-    Customer mindset oriented mandatory
•    Curious and resourceful
•    Good knowledge on Digital TV ecosystem : IPTV & OTT technologies (streaming, formats, DRM…), end-user applications
-    Microsoft Office expertise: Word, MS Project, Powerpoint, Excel 
-    Can work independently, shows initiative and proactivity
-    Analytical mind and be force of proposition
-    Innovative – ability to learn and work with new technologies;



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


Degree level or equivalent (Business or Science Degree);
PMP or Prince2 certification mandatory
ITIL certification is appreciated

This position is in Orange Business Services office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
