The PMO Office requires a Data Reporting & Automation Analyst to create structured data reporting flows, develop tracking tools, and implement process automation. The role involves data extraction from Jira, report generation in Excel, and automation of reporting workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency in project tracking and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract, structure, and analyze data from Jira for structured reporting.
- Develop tracking tools to monitor project execution and performance.
- Automate data reporting workflows using scripts and optimization techniques.
- Generate reports in Excel and create Power BI dashboards for visualization.
- Identify inefficiencies in data reporting and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating data reporting and automation flows.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and automation tools.
- Experience with Jira, including data extraction and reporting functionalities.
- Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
- Ability to write automation scripts using Python, VBA, SQL, or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting tasks within defined deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Hebrew is an advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in PMO, business analysis, or project reporting roles.
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate or Jira Automation.
- Knowledge of additional business intelligence tools.
